Setup is intentionally minimal. Performers are expected to arrive prepared, make clear choices quickly, and respond efficiently to direction — mirroring the pace and expectations of real professional animation sessions.

Each performance receives direct, personal direction from Ian James Corlett, followed by a refinement pass so adjustments can be applied immediately and heard in the work itself.
